Ingredients: 1c OJ, 1c ww couscous, 1/3c cranberries, 1c cooked chickpeas, salt, 1 Tbs. olive oil, 1 Tbs. eddike

Stop a poor Day
Warning: This is just a rant about exactly how I fell off the wagon today, feel complimentary to avoid ?
Today I had what I would define as a “bad eating day”. For some reason I ate my lunch at 11am, then wished to eat once again around 12:30pm (not out of hunger) as well as ended up snacking on bars (plural) as well as junk food.
Boo. I was incredibly upset with myself since I had been doing so well! But, I made a decision to compose down all my eats anyways. It turns out the damage wasn’t as well poor as well as even with an afternoon snack as well as dinner I wouldn’t get 4 pounds today.
